FundedFun Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the FundedFun Affiliate Program (the "Program") available at .

By registering as an affiliate ("Affiliate", "you"), you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms, as well as FundedFun's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of the Program

  • The Program allows approved Affiliates to promote FundedFun and earn a commission from eligible sales generated through their unique referral link, subject to the conditions set out below.

2. Commission Structure

  • 2.1 FundedFun shall pay the Affiliate a commission equal to 25% of the net sales value generated from qualifying purchases made by clients referred through the Affiliate's unique referral link ("Commission").

  • 2.2 Commission is calculated only on successfully completed and settled payments and is subject to the exclusions set out in these Affiliate Terms.

  • 2.3 The Commission shall not be payable in respect of refunded, reversed, disputed, or chargeback transactions.

3. Excluded Transactions (Refunds & Chargebacks)

  • 3.1 No Commission shall be payable in respect of:

  • fully refunded purchases;
  • chargebacks, reversals, or disputed payments;
  • transactions deemed fraudulent or abusive;
  • purchases made in breach of these Affiliate Terms or FundedFun's Terms of Use.

  • 3.2 If a Commission has already been credited and the underlying transaction is later refunded or reversed, FundedFun reserves the right to deduct such amounts from future payouts.

4. Minimum Payout Threshold

  • 4.1 Affiliate payouts are processed only once the Affiliate's confirmed Commission balance reaches a minimum threshold of EUR 50 (or equivalent).

  • 4.2 Balances below the threshold will remain accrued until the minimum is reached.

  • 4.3 FundedFun may apply additional verification or compliance checks prior to processing any payout.

5. Prohibited Jurisdictions and Restricted Clients

  • 5.1 Affiliates must not target, solicit, or refer individuals or entities located in jurisdictions where FundedFun does not offer services.

  • 5.2 FundedFun does not accept clients from prohibited or restricted countries listed on the FundedFun website (see footer jurisdiction list), and no Commission will be payable for referrals from such jurisdictions.

6. Affiliate Conduct and Marketing Standards

  • 6.1 Affiliates must act honestly, transparently, and in good faith.

  • 6.2 Affiliates must not:

  • mislead customers regarding FundedFun's services;
  • make false promises of guaranteed profit or financial returns;
  • use deceptive advertising, spam, or unauthorized paid traffic;
  • impersonate FundedFun or represent themselves as FundedFun staff.

  • 6.3 Affiliates must clearly communicate that FundedFun provides access to simulated trading challenges and does not offer investment services.

  • 6.4 Affiliates must include appropriate risk warnings when promoting FundedFun, including that trading involves risk and results are not guaranteed, even in a simulated environment.

7. Compliance, Review, and Program Integrity

  • 7.1 FundedFun reserves the right to review Affiliate activity, traffic sources, and promotional methods at any time.

  • 7.2 FundedFun may suspend or withhold payouts where:

  • fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected;
  • promotional methods violate these Affiliate Terms;
  • compliance or identity checks are incomplete.

8. Termination

  • 8.1 FundedFun may terminate an Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including where an Affiliate breaches these Terms.

  • 8.2 Upon termination:

  • the Affiliate must immediately stop using FundedFun branding and referral links;
  • unpaid Commissions linked to invalid or refunded transactions will not be paid.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • 9. Limitation of Liability FundedFun shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program, including loss of revenue, anticipated profits, or Affiliate goodwill.

10. Amendments

  • 10.1 FundedFun reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Affiliate Terms, including commission rates, payout thresholds, and Program rules, at any time.

  • 10.2 Any material changes shall be communicated to Affiliates at least seven (7) days prior to their entry into force, via the Affiliate dashboard, email, or website notice.

  • 10.3 Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of the changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms.
